PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
For the Provision of Travel Services

1. General Provisions
This document constitutes an official offer (public offer) by Individual Entrepreneur Andrianov Roman Andreevich (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) to enter into an agreement for the provision of travel and organizational services with any individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) under the terms and conditions set out below.
Acceptance of this offer is considered to be the submission of an application through the Website, messengers or by phone, as well as making payment.

2. Subject of the Agreement
The Provider offers services for organizing tailor-made journeys and tours, including:

• Selection and development of travel routes
• Organization of accommodation
• Group support during the trip
• Information and consultation support
• Travel coordination

3. Application Procedure
The Customer may submit an application through:

• The Provider’s website
• Messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
• Social networks
• Phone call

After agreeing on all conditions, the Provider confirms the Customer’s participation in the tour.

4. Service Cost and Payment Procedure
The tour price is specified on the Website or provided individually upon request.
Payment may be made:

• In full
• Partially (advance payment / reservation fee)

A place in the tour is considered reserved only after payment has been received.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Customer has the right to cancel participation in the tour.
Refund conditions depend on the cancellation period and the actual expenses incurred by the Provider:

• More than 30 days before the tour — a refund may be provided with deduction of incurred expenses
• Less than 30 days before the tour — refund is made with deduction of actual expenses incurred
• In case of no-show — payment is non-refundable

6. Rights and Obligations of the PartiesThe Provider undertakes to:

• Organize the tour according to the announced program
• Provide information support
• Comply with the stated travel conditions

The Customer undertakes to:

• Provide accurate personal information
• Follow safety rules
• Follow recommendations of guides and accompanying staff

7. Liability of the Parties
The Provider shall not be responsible for:

• Force majeure circumstances
• Transport delays
• Actions of third parties
• Personal decisions made by the Customer during the tour

8. Personal Data Processing
By submitting an application, the Customer agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify the terms of this offer without prior notice.
The current version of the offer is always available on the Website.
